Before work

1. Check whether the equipment is normal and whether all buttons are in the "OFF" position.

2. Open the vent valve to ensure smooth water supply.

3. Start the feed pump (automatic), pay attention to the water level indicator, and when the water level reaches the upper limit, pay attention to automatically stop the feed water and close the steam release valve.

at work

1. Start the equipment. When the steam pressure rises to 0.58mpa, the equipment shall be able to stop heating automatically.

2. When the temperature of the bluing furnace rises to the temperature required by the process, open the steam bypass valve to discharge the water until there is no water drop in the discharged steam. Close the bypass valve and fill the bluing furnace with steam. When the steam pressure drops to 0.38mpa, the equipment can start heating automatically.

3. Adjust the valve to ensure that the steam pressure charged into the flange furnace is within 0.04-0.07 mpa. The water pump can automatically replenish water to ensure that the water level is between the upper and lower limits.

After work

1. Stop the machine and turn off the main power supply.

2. After the work is completed, release the steam. When the steam pressure drops to 0.05mpa, open the drain valve until the dirt is discharged, and then close the drain valve.

3. Clean up the work site.
